Exchange & Issue Policy
Overview Because this store is for internal employee outfitting, all orders are final. We do not offer cash refunds or cancellations once an order has been processed.
We accept returns only for the following reasons:

Exchange for a different size.

Replacement of defective or damaged items.

Correction of a shipping error (e.g., you received the wrong item).
Eligibility for Exchange You have 30 days after receiving your uniform to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Uniforms that have been laundered or altered (hemmed/tailored) cannot be exchanged.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at ngmorders@voguelinen.com so that we can evaluate the issue and ship a replacement.
How to Request an Exchange To start an exchange for size or defect, contact us at ngmorders@voguelinen.com with your Order # and details of the item you need to swap.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the shipment of your replacement item. If the requested size is out of stock, we will notify you regarding the estimated lead time.
